Adapting to the existing features of the room, the handmade furniture makes the most of the former fireplace, now fitted with an Aga, while the island unit extends from a run of wall units to become a dividing-yet-connecting element of the open plan space.

In a serene, two-tone colour combination the framed cabinets are elegantly detailed with boxed plinths, curved corners and subtly decorative cornices. Surfaces in richly veined stone offer a touch of luxe while traditional handles, glass pendants and wicker bar stools add character.
